Sample Form

This form is intended to display all options for website forms and their purpose. All of these options are available in the Form editor, which is located under Digital Marketing within the applications admin.

Open text field for short answers such as name
Larger open text field for longer answers, such as comments or questions
Field used when a date is required, with toggleable time if needed.
Use the color picker above to find a color to submit, or enter a color hex code.
Select a consent item for users to consent to within the form. To create a new consent, go to Configuration > Data Protection.
Dropdown selector when a single response is needed.
To the end user, this looks exactly like the regular dropdown component. On the backend, this can pull in dynamic lists, use macros or queries (example: you can automatically pull in all US states for a state dropdown without manually entering them).
Open text field specifically coded to register an email in email@email.com format.
This is a field that does not appear to the frontend submitter. It can gather information usually used for analytics.

Open text field specifically coded to register a number
This field is for a multiple choice question where only one option is permitted to be chosen.
reCAPTCHA requires a site and secret key, which you can configure for individual website channels in the Channel management application under Channel settings > CAPTCHA settings.
reCaptcha helps protect the form from bot submissions
A single checkbox that can be checked or unchecked by the form submitter.
